Bill Weiss

I purchased the dealership from John Brady February 1st 1976 with my brother Bob. Bob and I had a passion for cars since we were kids. We both have worked in the automobile business for most of our lives. We wanted to be in a small town type of community, and a good area for raising children. I love spending time with my two sons, my family is very important to me. I also enjoy traveling very much.  

Chris Weiss

I am the youngest of the two sons. I have been working for the dealership since I was ten years old, starting out washing vehicles. I am a 2006 graduate of the Wittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire. After college I started in sales, then the accessory shop, after that when Crest's officer manager left, I took on that job while also learning over the next two years more and more of Bob's responsibilities in terms of financing, payroll, payroll taxes, general taxes, and end-of-the-month statements. I love to travel, I am also enrolled in the Mount Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Mount Washington Valley program, I am also participating in local happenings such as Cranmore Mountain Meisters. The valley is a great place to be from, and a great place to love.


Len Huysmans

I am new to Crest. I have been in the automotive business for the past fifteen years. I grew up in NH. I enjoy boating and motorcycles.

Jim Proko

I have been with Crest for two years now. I have been in the automotive business for 40+ years. I moved to the Lakes Region 10 years ago because I love NH. I have a son and a daughter and I spend all my free time with my one and a half year old grandson.

Michael Rampey

Born, raised, and plucked up in Six Mile South Carolina. I have been in the automobile business for 16 years. Married to my best friend, and still love all my children, even when they don't deserve to be loved. Heart transplant at 51, with a heart that was only 23, ensures that I will be around for many years to come.

Dick Goulet

I have been with Crest for over thirteen years now. I have been in the auto industry for over 40 years. I have three kids and nine grandchildren. I enjoy hiking and camping.

Richard Buskin

I just had my 28th anniversary working in the parts department at Crest. I live in Brownfield Maine with my wife and daughter. We have horses, dogs, and cats. Besides caring for the animals, vegetable and flower gardens, I enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and reading on my time off.

Bob Lau

I have been with Crest for three years. I have been in the auto industry for 27 years. I am married with five kids, and seven grandchildren. I enjoy motorcycling, snowshoeing, and hiking. 

Elly Walker

I have been a part of the Crest team for over 20 years. I am from Brownfeild, Maine and still live there. Currently, I am attending White Mountains Community College part-time. My daughter attends Syracuse University, she figure skates on the school team. So... you can guess that I am a HUGE Syracuse University sports team fan! I have volunteered with the local skating club; Mount Washington Skating Club for over ten years. I love to travel and spend time outside; hiking, biking, and gardening.

Gary Cini

I have lived in the valley for the past 20 years. I have been employed with Crest for a year. I am married and have a seven year old daughter. My family and I enjoy winter sports.

Frank Smith

I began at Crest March of 1987, I have been involved with parts the entire time. Prior to Crest I served in the US Navy from 1983 to 1987 achieving the rank of E5 before returning to civilian life. I have been married to my beautiful wife for 21 years as of October. I have two children both grown with families of their own. I enjoy snowboarding, snowmobiling, softball, am a musician, and an amature actor in a local theatre group.

Dana Hylen

I started in the parts business in 1998. I have been working for Crest since 2005. I am interested in town government, am a former pilot, and I am the Deputy Commander of my Civil Air Patrol squadron.

Ashley Heyl

I have been with Crest for a few months now, started as a sales representative and now working as a business development center. I graduated from Hallmark Institute of Photography in June of 2009. I am from Wolfeboro NH. I have a strong passion for motorcycles, snow machines, anything with a motor really,  and photography. I run my own photography business on the side called Zoom Zoom Shots.

Ron Hanscom

I have been a sales representative for Crest for the past eight and a half years now. I am a father of two. I love music, I play guitar in a band and have for over 15 years. I love my kids and someday want to use my sales experience to fulfill my dream of owning my own music store. 

Allan Ramsey

I graduated from Gorham NH High School. I spent eight years in the U.S. Army and was in the Iraq war.  I have been in auto sales for 10 years and have been in Crest for five and a half years. I live in Conway. I am a father to two beautiful boys and a husband to a beautiful wife. I enjoy watching sports and riding my Harley Davidson. 

Mike Jay

After a long career in the insurance industry, I am new to the Crest team. Many of you may know me from your internet inquiries. I have lived in Kearsarge for a dozen years and enjoy the four seasons the valley has to offer. Call or email me today!

Tim Baumann

I am new to the Crest team, but have been in the auto sales business for a year. I am from the New England area. Recently moved back to NH. 2002 to 2005 I was in the Army. I enjoy playing basketball, playing video games, and I am a huge Red Sox fan. 



Paul Alber

I have been a technician for 23 years. I have worked with Chrysler Dodge Jeep for 12 years. I have been with Crest for eight years. I am an ASE Master Technician and am L1 Certified. I live in North Conway.

Kevin Cole

I have only been with Crest for about seven months, but I have been a tech for over 30 years. I graduated from Phoenix Institute of Technology in 1979 for Automotive Technology. I live in Moultonboro with my wife Kelly and my two sons Kevin and Ryan. I love hunting and fishing with my sons and the three of us have a passion for archery.

Jeremy White

I am a GM tech. I have been with Crest for around 11 years. I love fixing cars and have done it for most of my life. This is my second home, my first is in Effingham with my wife and my two daughters.

Mike Tilton

I attended Baran Institute from 2001 to 2002 and have been with Crest since 2002. I am ASE Master Technician Certified A1-9 and L1. During the summer months I enjoy autocross. 

Nick Slocumb

I have been a technician since 2001 with Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I am an ASE Master Technician. I have been with Crest since 2006. Outside of work I enjoy autocrossing. 

Mike Tetreault

I have been with Crest for four years, but been working on cars for six. I am ASE Master Tech Certified and have been trained to work on Hybrids. I went to Baran Institute of Technology for automotive. I have a beautiful wife. I was born and raised in the Valley. I like to snowmobile and four wheel. 

Cory Day

I have been at Crest for about a year now, I graduated from SMCC with my Associates in Automotive. Hunting, four wheeling, and snowmobiling are some of my hobbies.

Joe Frank

I have been with Crest for only a short time. I have several different skills ranging from fine woodworking, general carpentry, welding, and all my own automotive work. I have three brothers and three sisters, a beautiful wife, a seven year old daughter who is my world, and an awesome family.

 Steve Sprague

I am a graduate of Plymouth State University with a degree in English Literature. Recently I moved to North Conway from the Lakes Region. I have ten years in the marine industry and am transferring to the automotive industry. I enjoy fishing, playing guitar and watching classic movies.   

Alan Locke

I have been at Crest for 37 years and started in the auto body business and then went into re-cons. I have one son and two daughters. I enjoy watching MLB, I like four wheeling, and my motorcycles. I have a 1995 fat boy, a 1989 soft tail, a 1985 shopbox truck and a 2003 Ford truck all fixed up.

Dottie Hidden

I have been with Crest for 14 years now. I have three amazing sons and daughter in laws and five grandkids. I have lived in Tamworth for the past 40 years. I enjoy reading and traveling in my spare time. 

Sharon Thurston

I am a local and was born in NC. I have been employed at Crest for 15 years. I am married with three kids and six grandchildren, I value time with my family. Some of my hobbies include crafts and reading.

Jacob Martin

I am new to the Crest team. I am a Kennett graduate. I am lifeguard certified. I am a volunteer for the recreational center. I like to play football and baseball.
